Magi reaches into pocket, removes a brass tube, capped and locked. Placing this on a table or in someone's hand, he grabs the hanky, asks spectator to relax his grip, then whips the hanky away. THE BILL HAS DISAPPEARED! Magi asks spectator to open the tube. He can't without the key. Given the key, he opens lock, removes retaining pin & cap & and pours out the contents - a rolled up bill in a rubberband. Unrolled, it is his signed bill!! StratoSphere A clear plastic tube with metal ends is nested into a wooden base. All is covered with a metal tube, decorated with circles of green, yellow and red (like a traffic light). Three balls, one of each color, are dropped into the tube. INCREDIBLY when the metal tube is removed the last ball has CHANGED PLACES with one of the others. It appears at the bottom, in the center, but never where it should be, on top. Perplexed, the magi places the roaming ball in a wooden box & drops the other two into the tube.
